Carla Tardif has had a significant impact on Family Reach’s financial stability, impact and growth since joining the organization in 2008 as Executive Director. Through the implementation of a strategic national expansion plan, she has increased Family Reach’s hospital partner network from five east coast hospitals to more than 400 top-tier cancer centers and hospitals nationwide as well as grown the organization from $200,000 to nearly ten million gross revenue over a ten year period, allowing Family Reach to impact more than 40,000 people affected by cancer each year. Tardif has also built a diverse network of strategic relationships, corporate partners and nonprofit partners.
Prior to joining Family Reach, Tardif served as Founder and President of CMT Entertainment, a nonprofit consultancy whose mission was to expand nonprofit and philanthropic charitable efforts. Tardif was instrumental in creating the Red Sox Scholars program raising more than $3 million for the Joslin Diabetes Center as well as the Music Drives Us Foundation for car mogul Ernie Boch Jr.. Before founding CMT Entertainment, Tardif spent six years with the Muscular Dystrophy Association where she expanded the organization’s footprint and gross revenue through fundraising events. Tardif is a graduate of Syracuse University.
